Privacy & connection details
Gmail is the only discovery source. We read From, To and Cc headers, not message bodies or attachments. Company and title are left blank for your review. Each scan handles up to 500 messages; continue scanning for wider coverage. Gmail metadata access cannot use Gmail date-search queries, so this pilot scans pages rather than claiming a complete date-filtered scan.
Mail headers, master comparisons and short-lived access tokens stay in this tab’s memory. Requests go directly to Google. No analytics, browser storage or server contact database. Closing, refreshing or disconnecting clears the session. Another team member connects separately and cannot see your unapproved candidates.
Each Google account needs existing access to the master sheet for this pilot. Gmail access does not grant sheet access. Workspace administrators control which OAuth apps are permitted. Okta sign-in alone does not grant Gmail API access.
